With the current shift in industry and jobs there is an important opportunity to cultivate and develop graduate skills so that graduates can recognise the interdisciplinary transferable skills that they have and how they can utilise them in new and emerging areas – we see the interdisciplinary skillset and engagement with the digital world of the participants as crucial to enabling the participants to address complex, multi-faceted problems.

The Co-Innovate Studio does this through the creation of incubators where we use design thinking, collaboration, curiosity and creative and critical thinking in order to empower groups to create their own self-initiated projects. This is through semi-structured series of collaborative activities such as workshops, seminars, talks and activities that take place both in an online and physical environment.
